Our return policies are as follows:
• WHEN YOUR UNIT ARIVES DO NOT JUST SIGN FOR YOUR MERCHANDISE: IT IS THE BUYERS DUTY TO FULLY INSPECT THE PRODUCT PERCHASED FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY HAVE BEEN THE RESULT OF SHIPPEMT. IF YOUR UNIT IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY DO NOT SIGN FOR IT AND RETURN IT TO SENDER THEN IMMEDIATELY CALL AND REQUEST A “RGA” THIS ENSURES THAT YOU RECEIVE QUALITY WORKING MERCHANDISE.
• SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES: “BUYER” is required to pay for the shipping and handling charge
and any customs and brokerage fees. In the event of a faulty part, items may be required to be shipped back to
E.C. Enterprises, LLC for inspection before receiving warranty or a refund. Original shipping charges
to the buyer will NOT BE REFUNDED. “BUYER” must pay for shipping, customs and brokerage fees both ways; No exceptions.
Before any item is returned, you will require an RGA (returned goods authorization). Contact us for RGA. Items shipped back without an RGA will NOT BE REFUNDED.
Any returned items must be in original condition and not tampered with.
Standard Trade Practices
1. STANDARD TRANSMISSIONS AND REAR DIFFERENTIALS
Are guaranteed functional assemblies and not noisy. Gears are guaranteed
At time of purchase. Cracked or broken teeth after sale are obvious abuse
and will not be warranted. Please install new inspection gaskets before installation. Accessories such as brakes drums or disc, brake pads and shoes are left on for customer convenience only.
3. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS are guaranteed functional assemblies. It is
recommended that front end and rear seals and pan gasket be replace prior to
installation. Please ask your installer about converter alignment to prevent
damage to the front pump. All standard, rear differentials and automatic transmissions
Must be installed by a state licensed repair facility in the state that the transmission is being shipped: Failure to do so voids any and all warranty provided by E.C. Enterprises, LLC...(United States Residents only)
4. OBVIOUS ABUSE or operating the assembly when on low lubricant or coolant violates the warranty.
5. ALL MECHANICAL PARTS are guaranteed for the specified period unless other stated at time of sale.
6. ELECTRICAL AND WIRING no refunds or warranty on wiring and electrical parts.
7. RADIATORS AND HEATERS are guaranteed not to leak and to operate effectively
for the specified guarantee period stated by the seller.
8. NON-DEFECTIVE PARTS RETURNED are subject to acceptance by the seller and if
accepted are subject to a 20% handling charge. Labor charges and freight costs are not refundable.
Body sections cut to order and special order items are non-returnable. Any returned part must be accompanied
by a sales receipt.
9. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER expense in removal or replacement of a non functional part.
