Warranty And Return Policy Details
Items purchased from OEReplacement and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase, but may be exchanged for up to 30 days. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manual and accessories.
An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
OEReplacement will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.To request a refund, you must contact our E-Commerce Customer Service Center at support@OEReplacement.com within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are allowed after 14 days from purchase. OEReplacement will only accept exchanges within 30 days from original purchase. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.
