Quickly Upload All of Your Products to JustParts at the Same Time
Our online selling tools work great when listing products one at a time. If you have a large inventory that frequently changes, we strongly
recommend using our bulk upload tools. There are two ways to upload your products: Using our Import Wizard or using FTP (file transfer protocol). If your
product file is larger than 10 MB, or if you want the convenience that FTP offers, then we recommend using our

Uploading your parts and accessories using the Upload Wizard is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below.
Review Our Guidelines and Download a Product Template
Before you start adding your product data, review our guidelines and specifications to learn about the
different types of data we require. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you download an Excel, CSV or TXT product
template. To review the product guidelines and download a template, click one of the links below.

Add Your Product Data
Once you have reviewed our guidelines, start adding your product data.
Save and Transfer Your Product File
After you’ve added all of your data to your product file, save the file as a .txt (tab-delimited) or .csv or as an Excel file
(.xls or .xlsx). Make sure the file size is less than 10 MB. If it’s larger, you’ll need to transfer it using FTP.
Click the 'Upload Using Wizard' button then choose your category to upload the product file using the Upload Wizard.
The wizard will guide you through the rest of the process. To upload via FTP, click the 'Upload Using FTP' button.
To make it easier for you to manage your data, we strongly encourage that you upload individual files containing
all the same types of products. For example, if you are uploading alternators, engines and headlights, we
suggest that you create three separate files: alternators.csv, engines.csv and headlights.csv. That way, if you
want to make changes to a particular type of product, you won't affect the other products listed on JustParts.
