Senior Web Developer | 5 Years+ Experience Required | Full Time
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and enhance in-house applications using C#.Net, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005 and Java.
- Work with the Project Manager to create design documents, user interface requirements and use cases that communicate and achieve product and corporate goals.
- Responsible for maintaining the project schedule and ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Drive the product through the lifecycle of conception, design, coding and testing.
- Assist in producing technical documentation.
- Contribute to the technical strategy, policy and procedures.
- Provide leadership to the development team.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in computer science, software engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience as an information architect, web product manager or similar role.
- Five or more years experience using C#.Net, ASP.NET, SQL, XML, XSLT, XPath, xHTML and Javascript.
- Extensive knowledge of database architecture, security and scalability.
- Solid understanding of web based software security.
- Must have hands-on experience with architecting complex applications.
- Must have in-depth understanding of .NET 2.0 Framework and 3.0 Framework using C#.
- Solid understanding and experience with SEO.
PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS

Senior .Net User Interface Designer | 5 Years+ Experience Required | Full Time
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design engaging and award winning website layouts, graphics and user interfaces and see them through from the mock-up stage to their completion.
- Work with developers to ensure graphic design and user experience is consistent with user interface requirements and usability best practices.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to conceptualize new products and exciting new user experiences.
- Utilize the latest web standards and SEO techniques.
- Must be willing to go above and beyond to build a world class product.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong design portfolio and demonstrated web-design experience.
- Strong aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of what makes a truly great interactive user experience.
- The ability to set vision and drive concepts and strategies through the entire creative and development process.
- Understand user-centered design, color theory and typography.
- Demonstrated experience in designing world class .Net web applications.
- Advanced user of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding and experience with SEO.
- Proficiency with Flash, HTML, CSS.
- Ability to produce high-quality design and bring projects to life.
